I would like to introduce how to help you clients who have this kind of very common conditions. Especially in this kind of bad economical environment many of us are in the same boat including myself. But there are good news. I feel very happy and would like to share an experience with you, I think that you may be happy for me when you hear what I have to say: "Last night I slept all throughout the night without waking up during the night, which was very pleasant since I had not been able to sleep that way for the last few days.. This morning therefore I woke up feeling better and thought that It may have been the last night chanting that helped me. Thus, I chanted this morning for about 40 minutes. During the chanting I felt that my heart and soul was really connecting with my divine self, thus I started to cry of happiness while getting this feeling of deep hope within myself. After chanting finished, somehow I really felt like listening to Deepak Chopra, of whom I have an audio CD. In his audio CD I found this exercises where he helps one to deal with emotional turbulence. He speaks about the fact that if anger or fear is deeply rooted in our consciousness through experiences of the past, and has not been dealt with at that moment, it keeps manifesting in our lives, finally causing us to have physical and emotional turbulence in the form of insomnia, anxiety, depression, aches etc. (2.24/09)
I am very happy with the fact that I am getting more power to control my fear of having an anxiety attack. It is not completely gone, but over all, I feel I am getting more and more power to control my emotions, and have accomplished a great improvement, since I do not give too much importance if I get any symptoms of anxiety, so it does not get worse than that. Therefore I can now prevent an anxiety attack, which I could not do before I met you!! So I am very very happy that I met you!!
