Through Anpuku therapy, Doin / Chigong and Transsage (Transcendental Massage)

“Releasing toxins out of our system is a hot topic and a billion dollar industry in the US market today. In China and Japan, we traditionally dealt with this issue through a healthy diet, herbs, fasting, anpuku therapy & Chigong practice and Daoyin breathing, meditation, prayers and self-massage. Those of us who are shiatsu Anma therapists treat many G.I. syndromes including constipation, distention, and agitation of the abdomen. Now, the scary part of the story is that the many chronic diseases are caused by the toxicities built up within the colon. Therefore it is extremely vital to keep our intestine very clean. This class will first teach the dreadful facts of G.I. blues and then discuss how to assess the toxic factors and treatment protocol. The methods of cleansing applied in this class are traditional Shinsai Ota’s Anpuku therapy and Goto's school techniques from Japan in addition to the associated points of U.B and major important points in the lower extremities. Also it is very important to educate our clients on medicinal foods and to avoid toxic and inflammatory foods. It is extremely important to establish healthy eating habits. Last, but not least, stress management is one of the key factors for wellbeing. Isn't it true that constipation can be the result of our stagnant mind from frustration, worries and anger? Stress causes a toxic mind. Therefore the class will learn Anma therapy with meditation. This is called Transsage, the transcendental massage. The therapist first guides the client into deep relaxation, then heals by the practice of abdominal Tanden breathing. I will give you the formula to help healing a toxic mind. The prescription is prepared by healing words through a hypnotic chanting way. And the class will practice Daoyin/ Chigong for supporting the G.I system."

Complications of overweight & obesity and toxic colon are Heart disease, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Food Reflux, Candida, Allergies, Sleep apnea, Chronic inflammations in the liver, the lungs, the soft tissues, the joints, the skin, etc.  Autoimmune disorders such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, premature aging & degenerative disease.
In TCM, the Symptoms of Toxicities are, Distention, bloating, abdominal ache, vomiting, nausea, belching, diarrhea, obesity and constipation and classified one or couple of these syndromes: Stomach fire yang excess, Liver fire yang excess, Liver & G.B. damp heat, Liver yin deficiency, Stomach yin deficiency, Spleen & Kidney deficiency, Liver blood stagnation excess, Excess heat or dryness in the L.I., Liver chi stagnation excess, Liver invading spleen, Damp heat in the spleen, S.I. chi stagnation, L.I. yin deficiency, Damp heat in the L.I, Food stagnation- toxic heat / Stomach yang excess, Food stagnation / Stomach yin excess. In Shinsai Ota's anpuku therapy, there are following goals, to release stagnant Chi to relax the viscera, to harmonize stomach and intestine, to improve the circulation of the blood, to loosen joints, to relax muscles, to moisten skin, to regulate digestion and bowel movement, to strengthen mental physical power, to vitalize the memory, to rejuvenate the body, and to improve chronic disease(inflammation).
I have created the new modality called Transsage (Transcendental Massage). It is the manner of hypnotic meditation and silent chanting. I prepared the Prescription for sad, worried, angry, fearful, overexcited and stressed toxic mind, body and unhappy Karma of our soul. These formulas are excellent, one of the first steps to answering the question, “How to convert the poison into a medicine?” It is a guided mediation by Shiatsu therapy.  My patients tremendously reduce their stress level.
Finally these are my tips for weight control:
1. To eat meals regularly with prayers for appreciation.
2. To stop eating before 100% full.
3. To chew foods well without liquid until the foods become liquid.
4. To avoid inflammatory foods, instant fast food, instead cook at home and eat organic, natural balanced foods.
5. To practice Daoyin, Chigong, walking, yoga, almost every day.
