Long and Short Form mastered, students now learn Shiatsu-Anma for common complaints, using methods of evaluation from TCM, eight principles, Anma therapy, pulse, tongue and abdominal evaluation, and applying Vital Points Formula for lower back ache, neck & shoulder complaints, psychological complaints, indigestion, and suppressed immune syndrome.
Advanced Anma techniques are taught utilizing knees and elbows, and Ampuku therapy.
