TRX

TRX stands for Total Body resistance exercise. TRX is a new form of “suspension” exercise that allows you to use your own body weight for resistance. This form of exercise allows for people of all levels of experience to participate in safe and effective exercise. TRX can be made as easy or as hard as you want.
