Looking for more inspiration? Want to have fun? Would you like to experience more joy in your life? Do you want to have more energy to focus on your goals? More focused meditation...clearing the clutter.. The class will explore ways to find the inner support necessary to help you on your path. Some of the class elements include meditation, chanting, gentle free-form movement and some writing.
- practicing meditation techniques can help bring the focus needed to settle the mental chatter and move in the direction we would prefer
- chanting help invoke inspiration at a devotional level that taps into an energy that has the potential to make a change
- free-form movement will help integrate and jumpstart the physical body in a way that is a natural establishing order and harmony
- the writing helps clear away some things that may be blocking us from life experiences
- the end result can be inspiration, joy and support in a positive direction
- tuning into your own energy source gives your body a chance to restore its natural order of balance and harmony.
Class size is limited. Please come early, late comers may not be allowed entrance.
Due to mental, emotional and physical constraints personal responsibility is a must.
