Mondays 7pm - 8:30pm
This class explores ways to find the inner support necessary for helping you on your path. Focused meditation, chanting, gentle free-form movement and writing. Inspiring, fun and joy inducing, the class helps you gain more energy to focus on your goals.
Tuesdays 4:30pm-6:30pm
Class includes asana sequences, partner yoga, assisted inversions, basic partner acrobatics, therapeutic flying and Thai massage. No yoga experience required, no partner needed. Come support and be supported.

A traditional Hatha Yoga class that offers a holistic practice, which is adaptable to the individual needs of each student, regardless of age, gender or previous experience in yoga. Presence yoga emphasizes yoga’s vast potential as a transformative discipline that works on every aspect of our being, and includes a thoughtful, and time-honored array of tools, such as carefully sequenced postures linked with focused breathing exercises, yogic philosophy, and meditations, that support us in our path to balance and wellness. Developed by Ana Forrest, Forrest yoga uses deep breathing and vigorous sequences to free physical and emotional tensions held in the body. It has been evolved to fit the needs of today's culture, with emphasis on unlocking habitual tension held in the neck, shoulders and lower back. Forrest Yoga will teach you to go deeper, find your truth and encourage you to take these gifts you have earned beyond the mat into the rest of your life. AcroYoga Inversions & Acrobatics with Sarah Vosen
Fridays 7:00pm- 9:00pm With the support of a partner we will embody support, receptivity and trust. Students will solidify spotting techniques in basic inversions as the foundation for acrobatics. The progressions lead to basic partner acrobatics cultivating strength and flexibility while working as a team. A playful, safe, supportive environment will empower the whole room to be upside down and connect to the divine! Recommended for students with an intermediate yoga practice. A self-healing workshop, Dr. Kaneko kindly offers the Doin class as his gift to the community. Doin is a practical self-healing program. It's very effective in increasing one's natural healing power through tanden breathing, microcosmic meditation, Chi Gong, eight steps brocade and Anpuku. Qi-Gong for Body Workers and Healing Artists with Lee Tran

Come join us in Qi-Gong practice, a coordination of Body-Mind-Breath training to stay healthy and strong and generate and cultivate Qi for your practice. This class is suggested for body workers and healing artists without high blood pressure or heart problems as the class can be vigorous. This practice is best done on an empty stomach. Please dress in loose clothing and bring water.

TRX with Morgan Bennett
Saturdays 10:00am-11:00am TRX stands for Total Body resistance exercise. TRX is a new form of “suspension” exercise that allows you to use your own body weight for resistance. This form of exercise allows for people of all levels of experience to participate in safe and effective exercise. TRX can be made as easy or as hard as you want. TRX is a great way to get a great total body workout (especially the core) without having to go to a gym. Come check it out! Bring a towel and a mat and be ready to sweat…Qi-Gong for Everyone with Leas Maria Sundays 7:00pm - 8:30pm Qigong for Everyone is a series of beginning, intermediate and advanced practices in Qigong and meditation, and is both preventative and restorative. Based on Classical and Medical Qigong, this class welcomes all levels of health. Each class contains a warm-up, several practices, corrections in form and practices for closure. There are several levels of each form presented. Shengong and Meditation is taught as the natural experience obtained by proper posture and form and varies for each student. |
