shiatsu anma technician
diploma A consisting of 150 hours taught over 2 to 4 months.
This diploma teaches a comprehensive understanding of the healing arts and Shiatsu-Anma practice through "Short Form" and "Long Form."

shiatsu anma therapist
diploma B consists of 150 hours taught over 4 to 6 months. It provides an in depth understanding of theoretical background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern Anatomy and Physiology, as well as skills and intermediate techniques of Shiatsu-Anma therapy.

shiatsu anma specialist
diploma C is 200 hours of advanced techniques and therapies. Clinical study focuses on Traditional Chinese Medicine based evaluation and specific applications of Shiatsu-Anma treatments. Students will gain a deeper understanding of Shiatsu-Anma and gain experience through treating individual clients.

shiatsu anma certification
the certification is 104 hours and follows the same study as diploma A, with the exception of clinical study and evaluation. Students will obtain an understanding of healing for their own personal growth.

workshops

Thai yoga massage is a dynamic body work therapy based on yoga, ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), and traditional medicine from Thailand that can be traced back 2,500 years to the time of the Buddha. Its present form was brought to Thailand by the Buddhas personal physician Jivaka Kumarbhaccha where it has developed over time within the environment of the Buddhist temples of Thailand.

craniosacral
This once a year workshop is about touching and the history, movement, and energetics of the bones of the cranium, sacrum, spine and pelvis. By using sensitive fingers and present attention, we learn to follow the dance of the bones and unwind longstanding patterns of tension and stored trauma.

This workshop will go over a series of moves and techniques such as deep tissue, shiatsu, Swedish and stretching that can add a few ideas to your treatments of lower back pain, including sciatica, “locked sacrum,” and piriformis syndrome. We’ll go over how the tightness in the upper legs affects back pain, review anatomy, shiatsu, trigger point and deep tissue principals.

reiki
Reiki is an ancient method of energy healing based on the idea that though energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it can be manipulated and transformed. Reiki, like Shiatsu massage, aims to remove blockages and balance out the bodyී;s chi for optimal physical and emotional health.

integrated manual therapies
This 2-day workshop focuses on Integrated Manual Therapies (IMT), a mindful blend of interrelated modalities that sees optimal health as a function of all body systems moving and communicating harmoniously. By selectively integrating structural techniques, craniosacral and visceral manipulation, IMT is a multidisciplinary approach to mobilizing and organizing the body at core levels.

10 WEEK, 300 HOURS Diploma A and B Program offers an opportunity to learn the foundation of Shiatsu Anma massage. Obtain 300 hours of traning and extend your practical knowledge in this unique program that combines theoretical education with intensive practical experience acquired in only 10 weeks (versus 40 weeks).
The program is taught by charismatic, experienced, senior instructors highly educated in various fields ranging from traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, business and various healing arts. With the instructors' undevided attention to each student, resourcefulness as well as their emphasis on detail, students graduate with a full understanding of the healing bodywork principles and how to safely apply them.

intern clinic massage
