First planted in 1984, Hickory Hill Vineyards & Winery celebrates 10 years as a winery and decades of growing wine grapes at Smith Mountain Lake. Along with their popular “Lake series” of wines made in a light & fruity style, they offer vintage estate grown Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc and a consistently award winning Cabernet Sauvignon. Local Merlot and Cabernet Franc round out their selection. Tours and tastings 11:AM-5:PM Thurs-Monday from April to November. Saturdays in December and March.
