Our approach is person-centred, guided by your therapeutic goals and integrating any health conditions that you may have. We work together with students to co-create a Yoga practice that supports their wellbeing goals. This collaborative approach harnesses the teacher’s expertise and experience as well as the student’s intimate knowledge of their own body and mind. Private Sessions offer students an individualised Yoga Program based on: ۺ A comprehensive assessment of your health history; ۺ Our observations of your postural and movement patterns; ۺ The personal insights you gain from the guided self-inquiry practices; and ۺ Short- and/or long-term wellbeing goals. Private Lessons are also suitable for couples and friends. Each session can be designed to accommodate the needs of both students, whilst offering a more cost-effective option. Costs
