The Teacher - Bea Dubinsky A dedicated and fully accredited Yoga teacher, Bea is committed to supporting each student's personal journey of befriending their mind and body. Bea's lifelong passion for spiritual self-inquiry has been substantiated by years of personal practice, professional qualifications and teaching experience. Bea has completed an Advanced Diploma of Health in Yoga Teaching as well as post-graduate Yoga Teacher Training with Donna Farhi. This post-graduate training has instilled Bea with a sound understanding of body biomechanics and the highly attuned ability to work with an individual’s unique psycho-physical constitution. Bea additionally holds an Honours degree in Social Science, in which she undertook studies in eastern and western philosophy, specialising in public policy in health and education. An educator for over ten years, Bea's understanding of the different learning needs of individual students enables her to provide an accessible and responsive teaching method.
With a background in counselling, Bea has considerable experience in applying Yogic principles and practices to assist persons with anxiety, depression and chronic stress. Her professional experience in the mental health field has given her a deep insight into the human mind and our inherent potential for personal growth. Bea draws upon eastern and western approaches to facilitate each student's journey towards emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. |
