INVITATION TO MEMBERS TO SUBMIT PROJECT IDEAS TO BE SUPPORTED BY SIHRG.
If you are a member of SIHRG you are invited to submit suggestions for projects that would promote member involvement and activity in international human rights. Ideas that fall within SIHRG's objects may range from an individual mission to research, preparation of amicus briefs, country or issue specific campaigns and so on.
CLICK HERE to go to the idea submission form. We hope to circulate ideas by 5th March 2009 to identify other members who may wish to work with you in preparing a detailed submission of the proposal to the management committee of SIHRG. You can see what the proposal form looks like by clicking HERE.
Remember - SIHRG is run by volunteers and it is owned by its members - you have the right to contribute to the Group's development...............
APOLOGIES THAT THE DISCUSSION FORUM HAS NEVER GOT OFF THE GROUND - WE ARE HOPING SOME MEMBERS WILL MAKE A COMMITMENT TO KICK START SOME SUITABLE DISCUSSIONS - just contact admin via contacts page if you feel you have the time to do so.
The committee will endeavour to bring discussions on campaigns and policy to the membership for active participation through this developing website. If you are a registered current member in due course you will be invited to be a member of the members' discussion forum.
Your invitation will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered with us.
You will supplied with a user name and a password. The user name will be your surname and you will be given a password that you change when you first sign in and register your account. When you click the MEMBERS' FORUM link below you will be taken to the Google sign-in page. Enter your surname in the box that provides @sihrg.org. Then enter the password you were given. When signing in for the first time will be requested to recognise random scripts during the process and choose a password. When successfully signed in you will be directed to a page that shows the sites within SIHRG that you have permission to contribute to. The next time you sign in via the MEMBERS' FORUM below you will be taken directly to the sites you have permission to edit. It maybe worth noting now that frequently you may not be able to access your desired google service if you are already signed in to another google service during the same internet session. So always sign out of the service you are not for the time being using.
