The recipe for Corn Cakes from the Museum Village Trip is:


1 Half cup flour
2 pinches salt
1 pinch pepper
2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 quarter cup melted butter
Beat the above and add  1 & 1/2 cup kernel corn

Mix together and drop by tablespoonfuls on hot, greased griddle.  Brown
on one side, turn once and brown other side.

Serve hot with honey or molasses.
