Postseason Volunteering: Athletes must compete or volunteer at League Finals and the Divisionals or Sectionals Championship Meet to qualify for a Varsity Letter. Sign up to volunteer here
Senior Meet vs. Torrey Pines (4/30): Senior parents are invited to the field at the start of the meet. Seniors will honor a CCA staff/faculty member, and we will take photos with families against our backdrop.
Mt SAC Relays & Jaguar Invitational: We have submitted names and marks to see who qualifies.
Invitationals (4/24 & 4/25): Escondido Invitational (Juniors/Seniors) and Dick Wilkins Championships (Frosh/Soph). We will announce accepted entries next week.
League Finals (Sat, May 9 @ Torrey Pines, 9 AM): The top four athletes in each event will compete for CCA. You must compete and qualify at League Finals to advance to the CIFSDS Divisional Meet. We will announce those moving on as soon as League Finals conclude!
We are currently behind our fundraising goals. If your family hasn't yet made the suggested $495 contribution, any amount you can give is deeply appreciated. We rely on our tradition of 90% family participation to keep the program running.

Our athletes have been putting in incredible work lately. Along with dozens of Top 10 performances and hundreds of PRs across the Sage Creek (74 PRs), Willie Banks (16 PRs, and Tiger Invitationals (11 PRs), here are a few massive milestones:
Arcadia Invitational: Girls 4x1600m Relay placed 8th, ran the 2nd fastest time in school history, and qualified for Nike Outdoor Nationals! Amaya Estes placed 5th overall in the Long Jump.
Mt Carmel Sundevil Invitational: Amaya Estes set a new School Record in the Long Jump at 19’ 6.5”.
El Camino Dual Meet: 84 athletes set PRs, and the Boys 4x100m Relay is now the 5th fastest in school history.
Absences - Thank you to those that are using XCstats account to communicate their missed practices. If you have not set up an account yet, here are the directions to do so. (XCSTATS Sign up Directions)
Link a parent/ guardian account so that all communication continues to include them.
Please indicate why you are being absent. Indicating “Other” does require you state a reason for missing. Common reasons for missing practice are already given as choices.
Reasons absences are not excused:
Parent/ Guardian was not part of the communication (always included when you link your account)
No communication was given before practice
Unexcused absences will result in missed meets, please communicate via XCstats!
