SHS is a parent-cooperative preschool offering three NAEYC
accredited programs for children ages 3 to 5. Our school is inspired
by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and is a unique and wonderful place
for young children and their families.

SHS Lake Monsters Picnic
Sunday August 22 @ 12pm (gates open and BBQ
begins at noon; game starts at 1pm)
Join old and new SHS families for a day at the ballpark to kick off the new
school year! After the game, kids are invited onto the field for Have A
Catch Sunday. Kids can play catch in the outfield following the Lake
Monsters game with a free baseball for the first 225 kids on the field.
Cost is $11.99 each person (kids and adults, same price) which includes a
general admission ticket, a cheeseburger, a hot dog, chips, cookie and a
soft drink. (If any of you have taken your kids to a game you will know
that general admission tickets cost $7 each and you cannot get all that
food and drink for $5- this is a great deal!)
Tickets may be purchased at the Full Membership Meeting in August, or send
checks to SHS - Attention Lake Monster Tickets. If you have any questions,

I have always believed that the tools and strategies children gain
through their experiences at SHS follow them on their journeys all the
days of their lives. I know my pockets overflow.
