Course Scheduling Calendar

The course selection scheduling process has begun for the 2009-2010 school year.  Each class will have a class meeting (see schedule below) where course selection materials will be distributed.  Students are to review the materials with their parents, complete the course selection sheet and bring the completed sheet with parent signature to their assigned appointment time with their counselor.  Appointments are noted on the top of each student's course selection sheet; this sheet serves as the student's pass for the appointment.  Completed course selection sheets will be reviewed and collected at this appointment.  Please remember that all applications for classes that require an application are due at the time of your appointment.

NOTE:  It is very important that students attend their assigned appointment.  If students are not able to attend their appointments, they should bring their completed course selection sheets to Mrs. Tyler in the Guidance Office.

 
Junior Class for Senior Course Selection
  • Class meeting to distribute materials - Wednesday, January 7 - 3rd hour
  • Appointments - Monday, January 12 through Tuesday, January 27
  • Individual Appointments - 15 minutes per appointment

Sophomore Class for Junior Course Selection
  • Class meeting to distribute  materials - Wednesday, January 28 - 5th hour
  • Appointments - Wednesday, February 4 through Thursday, February 12
  • Group Appointments - 2 students for 20 minute appointments

Freshman Class for Sophomore Course Selection
  • Class meeting to distribute materials - Wednesday, February 18 - 1st hour
  • Appointments - Monday, February 23 through Wednesday, February 25
  • Group Appointments - 5 students for 30 minute appointments
