Podcasts are finally being loaded on the website.  Please make sure to check them out this week. We will be having a short week in school due to conferences.  We will be taking our unit 4 math test on Tuesday and will start unit 5 on Thursday.  We will be wrapping up unit 4 in social studies and will be taking the unit test on Wednesday of next week.  We are down to our final five experiments in electricity and magnetism.  Our final test for the unit will take place in two weeks.  We are in the beginning stages of publishing our second personal narratives.  I am hoping that we will be able to have these completed before the holiday break so that each student can share their piece over the long break.  We will begin our essay writing unit when we return from the holiday break.  We will complete the final projects for our last group novel study by Thursday.  Each student is making a book summary/recommendation through our Comic Life program.  I will be placing these projects on my website for parents and students to view.  Please watch for these in the near future.  Lastly, we have started our whole group novel study of Holes. I am hoping that we will be able to read the novel before the holiday break comes.  There are many things on our plate to finish before break, but I know we can accomplish these tasks with the continued determination of all students. Don't forget about the field trip to Lansing on Monday!
