A Smart Board is an interactive whiteboard that is connected to a computer and projector. It allows the user to click on the board using their finger just like a mouse. The students LOVE to use it! The Smart board enhances lessons by allowing the students to interact with the whiteboard tasks. The students are more focused and motivated to participate. The Smart Board also accommodates different learning styles. Tactile learners benefit by touching and writing on the board, audio learners benefit from the class discussions it promotes and visual learners see what is taking place as it develops on the board. We can interact with websites or use the lessons that I have found or created through the Smart Board software. A Huge Thank You to the Casedy Family!
