AREAS OF STUDY
The sixth grade curriculum has six subsets:
English / Writing, Literature, Spelling, Science, Social Studies, and
Math. Often you may see an
integration of the subjects. For
example, Literature activities often support the Social Studies curriculum. Teaching becomes richer when the
curriculum can be tied together.
