Arrange the first 9 counting numbers in a sequence so that there does not exist within the sequence, any increasing or decreasing sequence that is more than three digits long. Example: the sequence 9,3,7,1,5,8,2,6,4 fails to meet the requirement. The sequence 9-7-5-2 is a decreasing sequence contained within it and it is four digits long.
