Southern Cross is the exclusive licensor for Greg Norman in residential real estate applications, including the "Norman Estates", "By Greg Norman", "Norman Residences", and "Norman Club Villas" brands. Norman Estates communities have already been developed in the United States and Australia and Southern Cross is now expanding its geographic scope into Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, the Caribbean and Mexico.
