Phase I of the development is the 18-hole golf course; 164 golf villas, 29 townhouses and 130 luxury apartments located beside the golf course with excellent views of the fairways, greens, lakes; a golf club house and a Country Club with 8 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, spa, Olympic size pool, family size swimming pools, international restaurants, shops, beauty salon, barbershop and family recreational facilities. Conferencing function and exhibition facilities for up to 5,000 persons will also be included for construction in Phase 1. Phase II of the development is includes construction of a shopping center, cinema complex, restaurants, and family entertainment area.

 

District 2 aims to be the next business and commercial hub of HCMC. Telecommunications, roads, highways and bridges connecting the existing city center to District 2 are in progress with some construction completed.
