Our lab is
interested in various aspects of gene regulation by transcription
factors and small RNAs. Besides learning about how cells orchestrate
gene expression, we fiddle with it in a predictable manner.
Microarrays are favourite tools for generating hypothesis and we have
no favourite organism but use baker's yeast and mammalian cultured
cells for most of our experiments. |
