RED CATEGORY*
· Behaving rude with the clinical staff (instructor – assistant – receptionist )
· Immoral behavior with the patient

ORANGE CATEGORY**
· Not following the infection control protocol of RCDP
· Not wearing proper uniform
· Working without approved treatment plan
· Working with different instructors in the same session without permission
· Signing in or out for others
· Improper documentation in the file
· Not attending as SCSC or Screener
· Not following the clinical regulations of RCDP
· Taking patient from colleague illegally
· Starting treatment without instructor’s permission

YELLOW CATEGORY***
· Leaving / coming late
· Leaving without permission
· Eating & drinking in the clinics
· Speaking / laughing loudly in the clinics
 *1 RED code dictates referral of the student to the “CLINICS DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE” and 0/5 in the discipline grade
** 1 ORANGE code deducts 3 grades out of 5 in the discipline grade
2 ORANGE codes = 1 RED code
*** 1 YELLOW code deducts 2 grades out of 5 in the discipline grade
3 YELLOW codes = 1 RED code
