 About the Writer:

Sarah Kolbasowski is a writer based out of New Jersey and New York City.  She earned her B.A. in English from Rutgers University and her MFA in Creative Writing from Long Island University, Brooklyn.  Her work has been featured in several literary journals and her voice is getting louder and louder at readings throughout New York City, Brooklyn and New Jersey.  This page is a testament to her poetry, as well as her prose, fiction, memoirs and academic work.

John Lennon once said,

"My role in society, or any artist's or poet's role, is to try and express what we all feel. Not to tell people how to feel. Not as a preacher, not as a leader, but as a reflection of us all. "

Please, take this page and this work as a hopeful reflection of us all.
