Unassigning Tests

How to unassign tests

This tutorial will go over how you can unassign tests that are pending.  Unassigning tests will place these tests back into your available pool of tests.

Note: You can only unassign tests that are marked as pending.  Pending tests are tests that have not been started or completed.

Step 1: Access the View Assigned Tests page

You can access a list of testing assignments through the View Assigned Tests link on the left side menu.  Clicking this link will load the Assigned Tests page.  The image below shows the link.

Step 2: Select the test you need to unassign

Now that you are on the Assigned Tests page you will see a listing of assignments for the selected test.  You can change the test you want to view by selecting the test in the drop down box.  In the image below, the Mechanical Aptitude Test is the currently selected test.  If you would like to unassign another test select it from the list.

Step 3: Select the assignment/s from the listing by clicking the check box

Now that you have selected the test, you can choose which assignments you would like to unassign.  Select them from the list by clicking the check box next to the assignment or clicking the Select All button if you would like to select all of the pending assignments.  The selected tests will be highlighted in red.
