Forcing a Test CompleteYou may want to force a test complete for a variety of reasons, but typically it is the result of a test taker being unable to complete a test and the administrator's desire to view the results.Since you can not view test results until a test is Complete we have added a feature that allows administrators to force a test complete. Step 1: Go to the View Assigned Tests pageThe first step is to access the Assignments page by clicking the link View Assigned Tests in the left side menu. This page lists all assignments that have been made for the account and include Pending, In Progress, and Completed tests. For more information on the various statuses click here.![]() Figure 1: Click the View Assigned Tests link Step 2: Select the test from the drop down box.Next you will need to select the test that you would like to force complete from the drop down box.When you have selected the correct tests you will notice that the list of assignments will show all of the assignments for that test. Step 3: Click the Force Complete link for the In Progress testOnce you have found the test that you need to Force Complete, you can click the link Force Complete for that test.![]() Figure 3: Click the Force Complete link Step 4: Confirm that you want to force this test completeConfirm that you want to force this test complete. Once completed the examinee will not be able to log into the test session again.![]() The test is now complete. You can confirm this by viewing the status of the test in the list.
