Edit an Administrator's/Proctor's InformationYou can edit other administrator's and proctor's information or reset their password at any time. You may want to do this for a variety of reasons including name, title, or contact information changes, or if an another administrator in your account has lost their password.Step 1 - Access the Manage Administrators pageFirst access the Manage Administrators page by clicking the Manage Administrators link.Step 2 - Click Edit UserFind the Administrator/Proctor whose information you would like to edit and click the Edit User button next to their name. This will load the User's Information editor.Step 3 - Modify the InformationModify the user's information. You can change the User Type (for more information on the various user types refer to the table of user permissions), the account the administrator is in, their name, their contact information, and reset their password.Note: Changing their account will move them into that account. Step 4 - Click SaveFinally click the Save button to make the changes. |
