You can assign tests in a variety of ways. These instructions will discuss each way to assign tests. Specifically, we will discuss assigning tests to a single examinee and to a group of examinees.
Once an examinee has been assigned a test they will appear in the list of existing examinees and can be selected for more assignments without having to re-enter their information.
Assign test(s) to one examinee
This will show how to assign test(s) to a single examinee.
Step 1: Go to the Assign Tests page
Access the Assign Tests page by clicking the Assign Tests link on the left side menu.
Step 2: Select test(s) you want to assign
Now that you are on the Assign Tests page, you will see the steps required to assign a test to an examinee. The first step is selecting which of the tests in your account you would like to assign.
The table shows the tests that are in your account and the number of tests that are still available for assignment.
Select the tests that you would like to assign from the list.

Step 3: Select examinee you want to assign
The next step is choosing the examinee that you want to assign. You should first check the existing examinees drop down to see if this person has already been assigned a test. If they appear in the list, you can select them from this list and it will assign that person the tests that you have selected in Step 2.
If this is a new examinee, check the box next to New examinee and you will now be allowed to enter the examinee's information. We recommend entering the first and last name.

Step 4: Complete assignment by clicking Finish
Finally, all you have to do is click the Finish button and your test assignment will be complete!

When the Finish button is clicked, you will be treated with a summary of the assignments you have just made. You can print this summary or continue to assign more tests.

Assign test(s) to a group of examinees
Step 1: Go to the Assign Tests page
Access the Assign Tests page by clicking the Assign Tests link on the left side menu.
Step 2: Select test(s) you want to assign
Now that you are on the Assign Tests page, you will see the steps required to assign a test to an examinee. The first step is selecting which of the tests in your account you would like to assign.
The table shows the tests that are in your account and the number of tests that are still available for assignment.
Select the tests that you would like to assign from the list.

Step 3: Click check box for Assign to multiple test takers
Click the check box labeled Assign to multiple test takers. This will change the form so that you can add multiple examinees at the same time.

Step 4: Select examinees you want to assign
Now the form displays a list of existing examinees and a form to enter new examinees. You can enter as many new examinees as you would like into the system. To do this, enter the examinee's information and click the Add to list of examinees button. They will now appear in the list of examinees and will be selected.

You can add as many new examinees as you need. You can also select others from the list of examinees. You can select multiple examinees by holding down the Control key and clicking on the name of the examinee.

Step 5: Complete assignment by clicking Finish
Once all of the examinees that you would like to test are selected, click the Finish button at the bottom of the form to complete the assignment.

You will be shown a summary of the assignments you have just made. You may want to print this for your records.
