 I tend to go on line by the alias "Ash-Fox", as I have used this alias since 1993 and because
I have used it so frequently, it is often a name more real to me than
my actual legal name -- don't be suprised if you find people calling me
"Ash-Fox" on air or in person. I hold a dual nationality for Britain and France -- currently living in Britain. However, I haven't lived in Britain all my life, nor have I ever lived in France. By a twist of fate, I ended up living in Poland for around 12 years and additionally lived a few summers in various other European countries such as Denmark, Sweden - as such, I am well travelled and have been to all sorts of interesting places, from the USA to the completely obscure. From a very young age, I have been fascinated by communication technologies and spent a long time playing with electronic lab kits -- building small transceivers, developing/modifying IRCds along with logging on old dial up BBSes. I have a vast interest in computer related subjects - It's possible you may find me involved in supporting various computer related projects such as Kubuntu, OpenSuSE, Wine and IRC (QuickFox). I also have a few non-computer related interests such as tarot, furry, industrial music, amateur radio and even some anime. |
