Scientific Research
This picture is of a bee on a dandelion. When I first looked at this picture I asked myself “self, why does the bee’s buzz?” then I though well that’s obvious it’s because… hm why do they buzz?  Then I decided why not lets find out. The mundane and incorrect thought is that it’s a result of the bee’s wings beating. This as I said is wrong, the real reason is the bee’s “flight muscles” are vibrating, the vibrating will still continue when the wings are disconnected. This ability is unique to bees and is not done by other insects (the whole buzzing noise with no wings)

Relevance
This is relevant to my study of science because that before I did this picture I had no idea why bees buzz, but now I know and can tell people the correct reason why bees buzz.

Other Comments
-This was one of my favorite pictures I like how the bee came out, and how the dandelion was in the center but wasn't the focus.
-All so I like this picture because the bee sat there for me for just enough time for me to take the picture, then went on its way.
-also I would like to thank Ms.Renyck for allowing me to barrow her camera.
-next I would like to say that Wikipedia provided the information.
