Scientific Research
The cloud was formed when water evaporated from the resevoir. The air containing the evaporated water vapor rises and expands at an altitude where the air pressure is lower. As the expanding air cools, the water vapor changes from a vapor to a liquid. Billions of water droplets form and a cloud is born! The droplets are so small and light, they float in the air. The cloud is white because all the colors of the rainbow came together.

I think this photograph is cool because this phenomenon doesn't happen everyday. It also shows where the reservoir is between the mountains.
