| Javier Aguilú Florida State Director Javier Aguilú Maldonado was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 1985. He graduated from high school in 2003, from Colegio Marista at Guaynabo City. On that same year he moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Central Florida. Concurrently, he started to get active in Puerto Rican politics and social issues. Being conscious of the accelerated deteriorating condition of Puerto Rico’s quality of life, he considers that being involved in politics is a civic obligation. His love for the sciences and politics has given him the motivational triggers that keep him politically active and academically updated, supported by the privilege of being mentored by prestigious academicians in both arenas. |
