at dunlap; we will have to leave at about 7:30
am.   First game at 8:30. Usually we return about 2-3pm. Bring money for food, bring food, or fast. (it's lent)

Next Saturday you are all coming to Dunlap high School for the Peoria County Tournament. We need buzzers as we only have one set, so please bring at least 1 working set. I currently have 8 teams and will hold it at that unless some extraordinary circumstance exists.  Each team will play 3 rounds in the morning with the top 2 from each pool advancing to the final rounds. Each level will place the top 4.  I plan on having an all-tournament team but since I will be doing most of it and coaching I may have the results later in the day than at the break. I may have you track your players like they did at Peoria high and I will double check the score sheets.  I need to let your moderators know that they should be here at 8.  They will report to the library.  They should be done before noon. Please advise me of the names for the 6 schools that are still unsure.  I have secured moderators for me and the final rounds.  Food may or may not be readily available. Lunch will be available at nearby restaurants and we may break for an hour or play through.  I look for the tournament to be done around 1 without a break. I will report more as the date gets even closer.
