We are planning to take 2 teams.  The tournament starts at 8:45 am and ends about 12:30pm.  We will have to leave from the school by 8:00am.  They will have snacks and drinks for us.  There are 5 rounds for all teams.  Peoria Christian is located at 3506 N. California Ave in Peoria.

Championship Rounds

All teams will quiz all five rounds. After the first three rounds, the teams will be divided into three new flights. The Top Flight will compete for the first 4 places in the tournament, the Middle Flight will compete for places 5-8, and the Bottom Flight will compete for places 9-12. In each flight the teams will be seeded according to their scores and placements from the first three rounds.

Championship Round 1: (within each flight) #1 Seed vs. #4 seed; and #2 vs. #3

Championship Round 2: Winners vs. winners; losing teams vs. losing teams

Quizzers will be chosen for the All-Tournament Team award based on the number of toss-up questions they answer in the first three rounds only.

Parking

You can park in the front parking lot (facing California Ave.). Enter the doors labeled High School, farther to the south. If you have a full size bus, you can also park in the front lot, or if room is short, they can drop off in that lot then move around and park in the North lot or go to the back lot (East of the school).
