Pretend you are the interviewer, maybe for Rolling Stone. Be creative! Ask questions that will fulfill the following requirements. Students should discuss in depth the life work of a famous guitar player of any genre. Students should mention types of works and use compositions and performances to support (include examples). Your essay should be a five-paragraph essay with an Introduction, a discussion and a conclusion (conclusion should include your opinion of the guitarist and why you chose him/her). Popular Song Project: END OF 2nd MP - Each student is to choose a piece of music to practice and perform. - students may use internet TABs or a selection not assigned from the Guitar Workshop Book. - Students will utilize class time for practice - Students will perform selection for a test grade (performance may be for the entire class or just the teacher). |
