The senior year is when everything comes together. It is also the year in which students see the rewards of their hard work and planning.

Your counselor will:

• Continue to monitor academic progress.
• Help you set up a calandar for the year.
• Encourage you to sign up for the first ACT and/or SAT if necessary.
• Obtain and complete college applications in the fall.
• Complete scholarship application forms.
• Give direction if needed in completing the FAFSA form.
• Help in the decision making process.

SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION

Sign up with the Selective Service within 30 days of your 18th birthday. You must do this to stay eligible for Federal Student Loans, Government Jobs and Job Training. Students must register on line with the Selective Service at www.sss.gov.
