Offered to high school grades 9-12 who are doing outstanding work in their schools or communities to advance the cause of race relations.

School Counts 
This is a scholarship program offered by Salem Community College, if you achieve the following criteria for every semester for all four years of high school, you are automatically eligible for a full scholarship to Salem Community College.

Criteria:
  • Earn a grade "C" or better in every course
  • Achieve a 95 percent attendance and punctuality record
  • Take more than the minimum graduation requirements
  • Complete high school in four years (eight semesters)
