The Community is the parent organization of the William Penn Charter School. The Community refers to the organization of parents who work in support of the school and our children throughout the school year. We look forward to your involvement in the Community. It is the active involvement of so many of our families that enable us to provide such a wide-range of activities. Volunteers in all capacities are most welcome and much appreciated. Innisbook Wrapping Paper. You can continue to order Innisbrook wrapping paper throughout the year. All proceeds from sales go to subsidize the costs of various student trips throughout the three divisions.
