Coaches note:  Homegrown in the state of Utah, this is Nicole's second year on the snowboard team.  A well versed competitor, she has competed at USASA nationals for several years and traveled to Canada this winter to compete in a Canadian national event.  Last year she was a forerunner at the World Superpipe Championships here at Park City.  This winter, Nicole has focused on taking her riding to the next level.  She has mastered bigger and bigger jumps, and learned tricks like boardslides, front boards, frontside 180's.  She has also been working hard at improving her amplitude in the pipe and recently started working on some other tricks like backside 180's, frontside 3's, and cab 1's.  Not to be outdone by Dan, Nicole is also competing in all 5 events at nationals in April.
