I forgot my password
Go to the Forgot Password page to generate a new password. A new password will be emailed to your account.

I'm getting an "Invalid login" message...
Check to make sure that you are logging in with your email address and password instead of your username and password. When you created your account, a temporary password should have been sent to the email address you provided.

I didn't receive my welcome email with my password...
If you didn't receive the email, please be sure to check your Bulk Mail folder or Junk Mail folder. If you still cant find the email you may have a spam filter enabled. Turn off any filters you have and then use the Forgot Password page to have a new password emailed to you. More info about not receiving our emails.

If that still doesn't work, contact me with your username and email address so that I can reset your password and email you a new password manually.

If instead the page sort of seems to refresh, you might not have cookies enabled on your computer. Enable cookies, restart your browser and try logging in again.

It says I've been Banned

It says my account has been Suspended
If your account has been suspended it is because you've broken our site rules numerous times even after being warned. Check your email and you should have received an email from an administrator explaining the reasons why your account was suspended. A suspension is like a temporary ban. Usually it lasts a month or two.
