See you in Mainz!!!
Dear all! Sorry for the late announcement and informationon about the work shops in Stockholm/Uppsala. The most important information right now that needs to be passed out to all students is that John Issitt will come to Stockholm and have his work shop on the LeCHE book June 7, i.e. Sunday afternoon, this has just been confirmed. This means that all students need to be in Stockholm no later than Sunday noon. We have booked hotel rooms for all students at hotel Oden (http://www.hoteloden.se/) located downtown Stockholm, with easy access to the University either by bus or by subway. We will arrange for lunches and dinners except for the first dinner Sunday June 7 . One dinner will probably be on a small boat travelling the Stockholm archipelago. The work shops will end in Uppsala wednesday June 10. It is therefore most convenient i everone flies into Arlanda airport since Arlanda is situated in between Uppsala and Stockholm. Skavsta airport is cheaper to fly to but remember to take into account the long distance to Stockholm and the time the bus takes from Skavsta to Stockholm. As soon as we have the final schedule in english from the communication people and the schedule from Biotage, we will be back with more information. As for now the most important part is to book the flights. If some of the supervisors wants to participate, we can book hotel rooms if you let me know.
