We do this through free workshops, facilitating discussions on topics related to software project management and development using Agile methods.How Does it Work?Find a topic that you're passionate about and one which you are comfortable discussing with others. Prepare a short lesson plan. AgileAustin will handle the advertising and registration for you. Through a partnership with ACC they will even secure a class/meeting room.Workshops are typically held on Saturday mornings. Refreshments are provided for by AgileAustin. In fact everything is taken care of, the only thing needed is your time and talent! Get InvolvedIs there a particular Agile topic you're excited about? Through AgileAustin's resources you can hold a workshop of your own.
