OEHS Music Patron

 

 

                The Music Department of Oswego East High School invites you to become a Music Patron for the 2009 – 2010 school year.  This is a great way to support the outstanding instrumental and vocal opportunities available at OEHS.  You can become a patron by choosing your level of participation and enclosing a check along with the form below.  Business and Corporate patrons may enclose a business card.  A listing of patrons and business cards will be included in concert programs throughout the school year.  Our Fall band concerts are November 4^th and November 5^th and the Fall Choir concert is November 3rd, 2009. The Holiday Concert is December 10^th.  The 2010 Choir Concerts are March 16^th and May 13^th.  The 2010 Band Concerts are March 17^th, March 18^th, May 11^th and May 12^th.

 

Business/Corporate Patron Level:

Wolves - $250.00 or higher

Silver - $150.00 - $249.00

Blue - $100.00 - $149.00

White - $50.00 - $99.00

 

Individual/Family Level:

Patrons - $25.00 or higher

 

                VIP seating will be provided to our Music Patrons. Please call ahead to Kelly O’Neill at (630) 636-2474 if you plan to attend any event, so this preferred seating can be designated. Music Patrons will also be listed on the Band web site, will receive recognition at performances, will be listed in the Programs and will receive an OEHS Band decal.   Patrons will also receive a letter acknowledging their donations as a tax-deductible receipt.

 

                Monies received through patron donations will help fund the Band and Choir Departments.  Possible uses include, but are not limited to, student scholarships, clinicians, guest soloists, trips, etc.  Monies received but not designated to a specific group will be equally divided between the Band and Choir.
