Eligibility

This tour is open to all members of the Oswego East High School’s

Band and Choir. Students must be in good standing and meet all of the

school requirements to be eligible for a field trip.

Chaperones

We want to make this trip a success and we need adult chaperones to

help us do that! Parents who are interested in being chaperones on the

tour should contact one of the directors to discuss your interest.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. The

payment schedule is as follows:

Due: September 30, 2009 $100.00 per person booking deposit

Due: November 15, 2009 $100.00 per person installment payment

Due: January 7, 2010 $300.00 per person installment payment

Due: February 1, 2010 Final payment

REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE MAILED. DO NOT BRING

YOUR PAYMENT/REGISTRATION FORM TO THE SCHOOL.

All registration forms & payments are to be sent directly to

Entourage Management. Payments should be made out to

ENTOURAGE MANAGEMENT and mailed to:

You will receive a confirmation invoice & payment reminders via e-mail.

Credit card payments may be made via PayPal, but are subject to an

additional non-refundable 4% Service Fee. Deposits made by PayPal

should be sent to lenamarie@insightbb.com and include an additional

4% over the amount you wish to pay. (i.e. you would send in $208.00 to

receive a credit of $200.00 to your account.) You will still need to submit

your registration form if you make an online payment.

Every effort will be made to assign students to quad occupancy rooms.

Adult chaperones will be assigned to double occupancy rooms.

A $100.00 per person booking deposit + optional Cancellation Insurance is required with your

registration. Deposit payments should be received by September 30, 2009. Reservations are accepted on a

first-come, first served basis. An additional $100.00 per person payment is due on November 15, 2009;

$300.00 per person payment is due on January 7, 2010. Final balance is due by February 1, 2010. You

will receive a reminder e-mail 2 weeks prior to each payment due date.
