Our goal, in tagging content, is to record what a piece of content (let it be blog post or link) is about through a standardized system of keywords.  In doing so, we'll be creating a semantic web [Wikipedia] of the information relevant to Oregon Direct Action.  The value in this will build as we add to it.  You know how Google is useful to find information?  This will be more useful.
