Events
Date Auction - The concept is much like WDA's Date Auction of February 2008. Everyone attended a talent show-esque event that auctioned off dates and people that bought dates got an evening of dessert and entertainment.
Silent Action - A silent auction where we auction off root beer, trips to the spa, and other things that people want to buy. If we're far enough along with the project, I might be cool to auction off a spot on the trip (where someone like an adult that's been unaffiliated with the project gets to come down and help us). This can be combined with other things, I think.
Sponsored Lecture series - We either have one or a series of lectures by professors? on the issue we're addressing and the solution we're trying to propose
Plant-A-Tree Marathon - We raise a dollar for every tree we plant. If we're doing something with reforestation in Peru, this might be a good way to pay for the trees.
