Rick "Cowboy" Western after another solid day at the ranch, "gee I'm glad I made a double batch of my famous cordial last night!" Those of you fortunate enough to have been involved in the weekends demolition of Old Xaxier 2nds on Sunday, would have no doubt been suitably impressed with the refreshments on offer during our drinks break.
Such has been the frenzy of excitement about these drinks, I decided to ask Club Stalwart Rick "Cowboy" Western just how he goes about preparing the perfect brew of cordial...
So here it is ladies & gentlemen, take out your notepad and get ready - your cordial is about to change, forever.
