I am willing to help out with creating documentation too.
Added the PERL file for taking tab delimited text and creating an xml file (db2xml.pl). Use with the knowledge that the script is not well documented. Obviously the script would need to be edited to match the institution's list of metadata fields, etc. When the files are created, we named the file dublin core.[repository ID#].xml This aided me in getting the xml file in the correct folder, then I deleted the Repository ID number in the file name.
