U.S. Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a national soccer program created to train young people with disabilities in a caring coaching environment. 
 
 
 
 
 
NWI United Futbol Club, Valparaiso Soccer Club, and Duneland Soccer Club have come together to organize and support a TOPSoccer program in our area.  This program provides meaningful learning, development, and physical participation opportunities to these athletes through the wonderful game of soccer.
