"After an application and interview selection process, three seniors and three juniors are selected to represent NGHS at the monthly county-wide student leadership training sessions held at the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Students' junior year involves learning leadership principles while their senior year focuses on implementing positive change for school improvement at their local schools. They help to create lesson plans and training sessions for our Freshmen Mentors, organize new student support, develop leadership lecture series for all students, and are a part of the North Gwinnett Student Leadership Team (NGSLT)."
